We don't accept cancellations and returns that not due to our product quality.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Items can't be returned or exchanged if it has been used due to hygienic safety issues under covid.
Conditions of return & exchange:
1. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
2. Items on sales are final, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our jewelry are all handmade of hypoallergenic sterling silver or gold, they are good for sensitive skins and not tarnishable. In order to keep your beautiful pieces shining, please keep them away from chemical materials and take them off when showering :)

Delivery: US Domestic: 1-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days depends on shipping methods. We are not responsible for any custom duties and fees if applied.

We use 925 sterling silver to make your beautiful earrings pins. Silver itself is relatively soft, so the earrings pin can be bent during shipping transit. If you receive a bent pin, don't worry, as long as earrings pin is adjusted gently by hand, it can be restored easily.
